Natural hair wash - with or without shampoo?
Is the hair falling out, dull or too tangled? Nature comes to the rescue. When switching to a natural shampoo sold in a store, it may take a few days for the scalp to adjust. At first it may seem that the hair is even thicker and heavier than usual. One important tip is to make sure you rinse your hair well, as any shampoo residue can make the hair harder than recommended, but the hair will fall out.
Give up the shampoo
Abandoning your shampoo completely will ensure that your body receives less toxins and harmful compounds.
One of the most common options is to wash baking soda and apple cider vinegar. The recipe is simple, add a spoonful of baking soda to a glass of warm water and wash your head with the mixture. Be sure to rub into the scalp and let it work for a minute or two, then rinse.
Use apple cider vinegar instead of balm. One spoon in a glass of warm water and rinse your hair over it.
Wahing your head with honey is wonderfully nourishing and often sets eyes even for expensive conditioners. Mix a spoonful of honey and a glass of warm water. Be sure to rub the mixture into the scalp and let it work for a minute or two, then rinse.
The hair falls out
Massive hair loss is associated with hormonal imbalances that can be caused by stress or the thyroid gland.
Onion peel is the best promoter of hair growth. In addition, it gives the hair a golden shine and eliminates dandruff. Rub the onion water into the scalp and let stand for 30 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. You don't have to be afraid of the smell of onions, it doesn't stay in your hair. In case of seriousness, the scalp can be rubbed with pure onion juice.
Another option is to wash with an egg, which is a very ancient recipe from folk medicine. I had very thin hair when I was little, and washing with an egg was the main helper. Mix together one raw egg and two spoons of lukewarm water. Egg washing cannot be done in the sauna, because excessive heat will cook the egg.
Mustard powder is good for cleansing oily hair. Take two spoons of mustard powder and two spoons of warm water. Be sure to rub the mixture into the scalp and let it work for a minute or two, then rinse. In the case of mustard powder, make sure that it does not irritate you. You can get a milder remedy by mixing it with an egg. Be sure to use regular mustard only mustard powder.
Rinsing with nettle water after washing gives the hair shine and softness. By rinsing dark hair with black tea, you can tint it nicely. Lemon juice gives shine to light hair by adding a little to the rinsing water.
You can always add a few drops of the essential oil to your desired mixture.
Remember that natural hair washing affects the chemical color of your hair and can contribute to its loss.
Summer is a great time to give your hair a break and try more natural remedies. Note, however, that the transition from regular washing to Estonian natural cosmetics option can range from a few weeks to a few months. It all depends on your hair type.
